Product Overview
The Die Face Water Ring Pelletizer is an industrial machine used in plastic recycling and pelletizing processes. It is suitable for PP, PE, and certain mixed plastic waste materials.
The machine cuts molten polymer at the die face and uses a water ring cooling system to rapidly solidify and convey pellets to downstream processing units. It is commonly used in medium and large-scale plastic recycling production lines.

Working Principle
Molten plastic is fed from the extruder into the die head. At the die face, rotating knives cut the melt into pellets. The pellets are immediately cooled and shaped by the water ring system and then conveyed to dewatering or collection equipment.
