Masterbatch Water Ring Pelletizer

The Masterbatch Water Ring Pelletizer is an industrial die-face cutting and water-ring cooling pelletizing system designed for continuous production of masterbatch, filler compounds, and engineering plastics.

The system integrates extrusion, die-face cutting, water-ring cooling, centrifugal dewatering, and automatic control into a continuous production line.

Compared with strand pelletizing systems, it reduces strand breakage risk and improves stability in continuous industrial operation.

This system is designed for long-term industrial use in compounding and masterbatch production environments.

The polymer melt is extruded through a die plate and cut at the die face by rotating blades. The pellets are immediately cooled by a controlled water-ring system and transported to a centrifugal dewatering unit through a closed pipeline system.
